Cherry Tales - omni roast. The first sip and you're off: cherry blossom, brittle, and macadamia. Second, third, and fourth sips: cherry blossom, brittle, and macadamia. The coffee is fruity with sweet nutty notes. A pleaser!

The coffee is most cherry-flavored when prepared as an espresso using an on-point extraction. You can find the recipe below. The nutty aromas also ensure that the espresso is perceived as an espresso.

In filter brewing, the coffee is milder, the cherry blossoms, and the brittle remains brittle. All good.

We purchased this coffee directly from a friend of ours (Caraya Coffee), who imports a carefully curated selection of Bolivian coffees. Through her personal contacts and regular visits to the coffee farms, she has a thorough insight into the work and imports very high-quality lots. Bolivia is relatively new to specialty coffee, so we are all the more grateful for the opportunity to offer this exceptional coffee. After tasting various lots, our team quickly agreed: Love of God.

The Amor de Dios cooperative is located at approximately 1,700 m above sea level and already has its own washing station.

The cooperative consists of 15 families who grow various crops such as avocados, limes, lemons, oranges and passion fruit on their fincas.

The quality of their coffee has improved significantly in recent years, thanks to experience and growing expertise. The awards they have won in various competitions, such as the Cup of Excellence, have encouraged them to further develop their coffee and process it to the best of their ability.

René Millares is primarily responsible for processing. As a member of Asocafe, he is also responsible for marketing the coffee, as well as for coordination and knowledge sharing within the community.

Rene has extensive experience as a coffee producer and was responsible for exporting small quantities for a Spanish customer for many years. He now enjoys sharing the knowledge he acquired during these years with community members to promote coffee quality in his neighborhood.
