Fazenda Riacho das Varas is located in Diamantina, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Under the leadership of Ricardo Hirofumi Yoshimatsu, the farm continues the work that his parents began in 1975 as coffee producers.

At the time, the Matas de Minas region was not considered suitable for coffee production, but through hard work and dedication, the family proved that it was more than possible. Today, Ricardo runs his farm with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable production methods. The farm is located between 1,100 and 1,200 meters above sea level. 120 of the 122 hectares of land are planted with Mundo Novo, Catuai, and Catucai coffee, which corresponds to an annual harvest of 5,400 bags.

This lot of Yellow Bourbon was anaerobically fermented.
