You can look forward to an extraordinary delicacy and enjoy the taste of candied berries, lime, and mountain peach. Also excellent for cappuccino and other drinks.
Roasted for espresso.

This blend is also available as a filter roast (Summer Breeze) and now as an espresso.
Franco Silva owns the small Los Cocos finca in San Ignacio in Cajamarca, Peru. The farm is certified organic and Fairtrade, as is this coffee.
The Los Cocos farm covers a modest 10 hectares, of which only 1.5 hectares are planted with coffee and home to around 5,000 trees. Franco produces between 2,450 and 2,700 kg of coffee annually, which is a really small lot, but of fantastic quality.
The coffee was wet fermented for 20 hours, then washed and dried on the patio for about 15 days.
