Slurprise Coffee – a surprise. When developing new roasting profiles and testing new green coffees, we often end up with coffees that are not yet ready for our range. Either because the roasting profile is not yet 100% right, or because the beans do not end up as a new variety in our shop for other reasons. We also often try new coffees that simply sound exciting and that we like to roast on a trial basis.
The result of these roasts are solid, often exciting coffees, but sometimes they are not yet roasted to perfection. In any case, it would be a shame to throw them away, after all, a lot of work goes into every bean.
With Slurprise Coffee, you are buying a surprise coffee. Which coffee it will be in the end depends on what is currently available.
