Our selection is finely curated. We import worldwide & exclusively specialty coffee with very high standards. The coffee plants are grown by small farmers and the coffee cherries are harvested and sorted by hand. We are always looking for the best growing regions and farms - which is why some of our varieties are only available for a limited time (limited).

We produce as transparently as possible - the single origin coffees can even be traced back to the individual farm. Excellent coffee and its careful organic cultivation must also be valued financially - so that it can benefit everyone. That is why we pay the farmers many times the world market price and even far more than “Fair Trade” or “Organic” certified coffees.

Computer and sensor-supported drum roasting process, with LPG biogas. Our secret recipe? Long roasting times at gentle temperatures. And years of bone-deep experience.

We always ship as quickly as possible in a climate-neutral way with DHL goGreen. We also deliver to your doorstep once a month throughout Berlin free of charge by cargo bike (TRYST EXPRESS). You can also pick up your order directly from our coffee roastery in Berlin Neukölln.
